I, the undersigned, do hereby grant permission for my child/dependent to participate in the Frederick County 2026 -2027 Model United Nations Simulation, co-sponsored by Frederick County Public Schools and Hood College. I understand that my child/dependent is required to write and submit a position paper in order to participate in the simulation. This paper may be used without identification of the student for teaching purposes. The event will be held at Frederick High School, 650 Carroll Parkway, Frederick, MD 21701. I understand that in participating in this event that my participant may be photographed and their image and name may appear in media related to the event. I am also providing permission for my participant to be photographed and or interviewed by the press in relation to this event. I have read and understand the student participation guidelines. By signing this document I understand and agree that my e-signature is the equivalent of my handwritten signature.
